PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to mold a woody material having a more complicated shape by raising fluidity by reducing energy consumed by making the temperature of steam in contact with the woody material lower or making a fluidization start temperature in case of heating and pressurizing the woody material lower in a manufacturing process of molding pressurized and molded while heating after contacting the woody material with the steam. SOLUTION: The manufacturing process of the molding made of the woody material comprises the steps of making the woody material by which this fluidity is developed meet a mold surface, and the surface obtaining the plastic's molding, developing the fluidity by passing through each process of drying after the steam is contacted with the woody material in which a fluidization accelerator was added, drying and heating/pressurizing. The fluidization accelerator is preferably at least one sort of organic acids selected from the group consisting of acetic acid, maleic acid, lactic acid, malic acid, citric acid, acetic anhydride, maleic anhydride, and glutamic acid.
