PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure security in a patient by dilating the bone defect part of the patient and filling the part with a bone compensating material. SOLUTION: The dilating body 20 is put through a cylindrical body 18 in the filling tool 10. One end part of the cylindrical body 18 is inserted to the bone defect part 14 and also the part 14 is sealed by filling the bone compensating material 12 from the other end part 20b of the dilating body 20. When the dilating body 20 is pressurized from an outer part, the bone compensating material 12 is moved to the side of the bone defect part 14 through the cylindrical body 18.
