The bearing has a rolling unit (1) rolling on career tracks (3) that extend in a guiding direction. The career tracks are formed by running wires, where each wire lies in a respective running wire bed (4). The running bars and running rings are arranged in bearing grooves. One of the running wire beds has a longitudinal recess (7), and an elastic deformable damping bar (8) is inserted into the recess. A side of a damping bar (8) pointing to one of the running wires forms a pressure surface which protrudes in unloaded condition over an outline of the wire bed.
