<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas generating agent composition which can generate a clean gas by lowering its combustion temperature to thereby reduce combustion residues and mist produced. <P>SOLUTION: The gas generating agent composition comprises a fuel, an oxidizing agent, and further a copper powder.
