<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately secure a section modulus of a seat back frame and thin a seat back, in a side airbag built-in seat. <P>SOLUTION: This side airbag built-in seat is provided with a side frame 20 arranged in the vertical direction of the seat back 18 as a member constituting a side part of the seat back frame 16 and constituted to have an approximately U-shaped cross section having a front flange 20F and a rear flange 20R extending inwardly in the seat width direction; an inflator 22 arranged between the front flange 20F and the rear flange 20R in the side frame 20; and an airbag bag body 24 folded in the front side of the front flange 20F. The position of the side frame 20 is set outwards in the seat width direction and the section modulus of the seat back frame 16 is appropriately secured.
