<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption to the utmost when an engine is in an unoperated state. <P>SOLUTION: This movable body monitor comprises a monitoring control part 41 which is mounted on construction machinery 10 equipped with an engine 11 serving as a driving source and which collects information on the construction machinery 10, and an operation control part 42 for controlling the operation of the monitoring control part 41. When the engine 11 is put into the unoperated state, the operation control part 42 makes the monitoring control part 41 intermittently operate according to an intermittent operation schedule S3 in which a quiescent time is gradually increased, until a continuing operating time of the engine 11 exceeds a preset threshold W0 after the engine 11 is put into the unoperated state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
