<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating connector capable of improving productivity and reliability with freedom in timing for checking the hooking state of a dummy cable. <P>SOLUTION: The rotating connector 1 has a rotator 10 arranged capable of both-way rotation to a stator 60, and flat cables 21, 22 and 23 for transmission and a dummy cable 2 arranged between the rotator 10 and the stator 60.
