METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TREATING EXHAUST GAS FROM CEMENT FIRING FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for treating exhaust gas from a cement firing facility, in each of which a volatile component can be removed easily and efficiently from the exhaust gas from the cement firing facility by using such a simple process that large-scale equipment is not required while hardly exerting a bad influence on the operation of a cement manufacturing facility.

SOLUTION: The method for treating the exhaust gas from the cement firing facility comprises the steps of: bleeding a part of the exhaust gas from a preheater rising duct 7 by using a probe 42; lowering the temperature of the bled exhaust gas to≤600-700°C being the melting point of halogen to stick halogen to dust in the exhaust gas; collecting the halogen-stuck dust of a high-temperature state of≥300°C by a dust collector 44; conveying the halogen-stuck dust to the probe 42 by a circulation dust pneumatic conveyer 46; and returning the dust-removed exhaust gas to a suspension preheater exhaust gas line 25.
