PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication network system or the like capable of quickly discriminating threats. SOLUTION: In the communication network system wherein an access control apparatus 2 and an access control management system 1 are connected, the access control management system 1 includes: an access control instruction section 11 for instructing execution of a communication access limit and release of the limit; an apparatus operation section 12 for operating the access control apparatus 2; and a release means 13 for carrying out a release instruction on the basis of a log of the access control apparatus 2; and also includes a CLI processing section 21 for executing and confirming settings and an access control section 22 for carrying out permission and interruption applied to communication passing through the access control apparatus 2, and a log DB 23.
