PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas hydrate production apparatus equipped with a generating vessel that generates the gas hydrate by blowing a raw material gas as bubbles into raw material water with stirring, and characterized in high efficiency of the gas hydrate production. SOLUTION: The generating vessel 1 is equipped therein with a ribbon screw blade 16 having a plurality of through holes 20 on a surface of the blade.
