PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To read a file at high speed in special reproduction. SOLUTION: A FAT analysis part 22 reads FAT data 15 in a storage part 12 when opening a file to be read, obtains top position information and length information of a fragmented file configuring a part of reproduction data 16 as a file to be read and recorded sequentially in a storage part, based on the information of the FAT data over the reproduction data 16, to prepare a cluster list 23. The prepared cluster list 23 is composed of a set of a cluster position of the fragmented file on the storage part 12 and the number of clusters showing the length of the fragmented file. A read part 25 specifies the position of the reproduction data 16 on the storage part 12 by referring to the cluster list 23 when reading the opened reproduction data 16 to read the reproduction data 16.
