PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device capable of accurate fuel amount control because of little influence of temperature from a fuel pump and excellent in fuel economy performance. SOLUTION: The fuel supply device F for an internal combustion engine W is provided with the fuel pump 30 and a control device C controlling the fuel pump 30. The fuel pump 30 is provided with a pressure chamber 33 to which working gas is introduced, a pump chamber 32 communicating to a fuel tank 20 and a fuel injection valve 21, and a diaphragm 34 compressing fuel in the pump chamber 32 by corresponding to working pressure in the pressure chamber 33 and supplying the same to the fuel injection valve 21. The control device C is provided with a pressure regulating valve 43 and a pressure change over valve 42 changing over atmosphere and high pressure gas stored in a gas storage vessel 41, and control working pressure of working gas in the pressure chamber 33 when the diaphragm 34 pressurizes fuel in the pump chamber 32 constant.
