PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a structure for constructing a power generation facility capable of constructing a foundation structure superior in quake-resistance and stability while reducing a construction period. SOLUTION: This structure 1 for installing a small capacity power generation facility comprises a power generating apparatus 10, a shared base floor 20 for supporting the power generating apparatus 10, and a foundation structure 20 constructed of a concrete poured into the shared base floor 20. The power generating apparatus 10 comprises a prime mover 11 and a generator 12 connected to the output shaft of the prime mover. The shared base floor 20 is so structured in a frame body 21 that the power generating apparatus 10 is installed thereon and its lower surface functions as a concrete form. A basket-like reinforcement 22 is disposed in the frame body 21 of the shared base floor 20 beforehand. The shared base floor is installed on a slab 2. A concrete is poured into the frame body 21, and solidified to construct the foundation structure 30. Consequently the shared base floor 20 is fixed to the slab 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
