<p>A waste retrieval device (10) including a frame (12) having a head portion (16), a member (18) extending rearwardly therefrom and a retaining element (38), and a bag (14) for containing at least partially the head portion (16), the bag (14) including interconnected top and bottom panels (58, 60) sized to respectively extend over and under the head portion (16), a rear edge (72) of the top panel (58) being attachable to the frame (12) by the retaining element (38), the top and bottom panels (58, 60) defining side portions (66) providing extra bag material extending beyond the head portion (16) when the bag (14) at least partially contains the head portion (16) to allow the bag (14) to be inverted by moving a rear edge (74) of the bottom panel (60) under the head portion (16) away from the member (18) and back toward the member (18) over the head portion (16) and top panel (58).</p> |
