A skin peeling device is provided to have a structure that is be able to be used by a user safely without the risk due to a treating liquid used to treat an abnormal part of a skin, and to treat the abnormal part of the skin completely. A skin peeling device includes a body(1), a tip and a treating liquid storing portion(3). The tip is disposed at the end of the body, and discharges a skin treating liquid. The treating liquid storing portion is built in the body, and stores the treating liquid to supply the treating liquid to the tip. The tip and the storing portion are made of a material that has tolerance to the treating liquid. When the abnormal part to be treated has a small area, the tip is made as a strong tip(2A) that scratches the skin of the abnormal part for easy penetration of the treating liquid. When the abnormal part to be treated has a large area, a soft tip is used.
