<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consolidate contents created by a plurality of creation means. <P>SOLUTION: A content management system has a content management server 21 which preregisters content IDs of content information to be transmitted from registration terminals 11-1 to 11-n into a content delivery list 23. If content information is transmitted with content IDs from the registration terminals 11-1 to 11-n, the content management server 21 checks whether or not the content IDs are registered in the content delivery list 23, and if they are registered, the content management server 21 associates the content information that is transmitted with the content IDs from the registration terminals 11-1 to 11-n with the content IDs to register them into a database for management.
