<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for totaling the number of voting rights by which the number of voting rights of approval and disapproval to bills is exactly totaled. <P>SOLUTION: The system for totaling number of voting rights for totaling the number of voting rights of approval and disapproval to the bills, exercised by shareholder in a vote on the bills on the day of a shareholder's meeting, has a shareholder terminal 20 which reads shareholder information 1 from a voting right use exercise document held by the shareholders to transmit the shareholder information 1 and approval and disapproval information 2 to the bills and a server 10 for totaling the number of voting rights by calculating the number of voting rights by every shareholder based on the shareholder information 1 from the shareholder terminal 20 and totals the number of voting rights in favor of the bills and the number of voting rights not in favor of the bills based on the calculated number of voting rights by every shareholder and the approval and disapproval information 2 by every shareholder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
