PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further miniaturize a power line adapter device as a whole by stabilizing communication quality by preventing power of a power line from being reduced even when a non-communicating electronic apparatus is mixed and connected. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a power line adapter device 1 connected among an outlet jack of a power line transmitting a signal current of power line communication, an electronic apparatus 2 and a power line communication apparatus 3, comprising: an adapter-side outlet plug 4 connectable to the outlet jack of the power line and a plurality of adapter-side outlet jacks 6 which are connected in parallel and to which an outlet plug 5 of the electronic apparatus 2 or the power line communication apparatus 3 is connectable, wherein the plurality of adapter-side outlet jacks 6 are divided into an outlet portion 8 for power line communication apparatus directly connected to the adapter-side outlet plug 4 and an outlet portion 10 for electronic apparatus connected to the adapter-side outlet plug 4 via an impedance increasing part 9 which increases impedance for the signal current.
