PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a verification simulator and a verification simulation method, capable of enhancing the efficiency of verification. SOLUTION: The verification simulator comprises a storage part and a simulation processing part. A model includes a display driver model, and the display driver model includes a data driver model describing operation of a data driver which performs FRC processing to gradation data and outputs a gradation voltage corresponding to the FRC-processed gradation data. The data driver model includes a lookup table inputting gradation data and outputting expected value data of gradation voltage corresponding to the FRC-processed gradation data. The simulation processing part inputs the gradation data to the data driver model and the lookup table, and compares the gradation voltage data outputted from the data driver model in conformation to the FRC-processed gradation data with the expected value data of gradation voltage outputted from the lookup table.
