PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for magnifying rear view which is fitted to a vehicle such as an automobile to be used and includes a Fresnel lens structure, in which a Fresnel lens mounted on the device is made easy to wipe sticking matter off by preventing scratching and sticking of dirt and dust. SOLUTION: A Fresnel lens laminate is formed by forming the Fresnel lens structure having a minus focal length on a transparent plastic flat plate, covering the surface where the Fresnel lens structure is formed with another transparent plastic flat plate, and bonding and fixing peripehral parts of both the flat plates. Further, a suction cup made of a raw material having rubber elasticity is fitted to the Fresnel lens laminate, and the Fresnel lens laminate is mounted on the rear windshield of the vehicle via the suction cup.
