PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for preventing damage caused by an impersonate act or the like at a phone call by properly discriminating an opposite talker at a speech. SOLUTION: A telephone terminal (010) includes: reception recognition sections (002, 007) for recognizing a sentence configuration represented by a received voice in a speech and a voiceprint; a correctness calculation section (005) for calculating the correctness of a known sentence configuration with respect to the sentence configuration of the received voice and the correctness of a known voiceprint with respect to the voiceprint of the received voice; and correctness output sections (001, 003) for outputting information representing the calculated correctness with respect to the sentence configuration and the voiceprint of the received voice. The correctness calculation section includes: a means that represents the known sentence configuration as a score on the basis of its similarity with respect to the sentence configuration of the received voice and obtains a result of the score representation as the correctness associated with the sentence configuration of the received voice; and a means that represents the known voiceprint as a score on the basis of its similarity with respect to the voiceprint of the received voice and obtains a result of the score representation as the correctness associated with the voiceprint of the received voice.
