PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viewing form, where a sponsor, a broadcasting station, and a viewer are convinced for their conflicting request. SOLUTION: There are provided: a program configuration extraction section for detecting and recording the position of a CM in a program; a CM reproduction monitoring section for monitoring the reproduction frequency of the CM in the program to generate program viewing information; a programming section for determining the main part of the program and the reproduction order of the CM to generate a program reproduction pattern, based on the CM reproduction frequency monitored by the CM reproduction monitoring section; a display section for displaying a plurality of program reproduction patterns organized by the programming section; and a reproduction section for reproducing an arbitrary, selected program reproduction pattern from the program reproduction pattern.
