PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint device with a generally durable and novel structure, which prevents a load of an external force on a column from being concentrated on an anchor bolt. SOLUTION: The anchor bolt 11, which is protrusively provided on foundation concrete 5, is connected to the sill 6, which is placed on the foundation concrete 5, from the downside, and a joint tube 2 is connected to the sill 6 from the upside. In this case, the anchor bolt 11 is fitted and inserted into the joint tube 2, so that they can be screwed to each other. A tenon base 8 of a tenon metal 1 is engaged with either or both of the sill 6 and the column 4 which is erected on the sill 6. The tenon metal 1 comprises the tenon base 8 which engages an upper end of the joint tube 2, and a tenon tube 9 which is protrusively provided in the upside center of the tenon base 8. A leading end of a connecting bolt 3, the head of which is locked to the tenon base 8 and which is fitted and inserted into the tenon tube 9, and an upper part of the joint tube 2 are connected together in the state of being screwed to each other. Additionally, the tenon tube 9 of the tenon metal 1, and the column 4, into which the tenon tube 9 is fitted and inserted, are fixed to each other by means of a fixing rod 13.
