PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer device for disposing a concrete form capable of surely supporting the form, enabling the easy after-treatment of the projecting portions of concrete after the concrete is hardened, and easily manufacturable. SOLUTION: A part of one sheet of base plate 11 is formed in a bearing part 12 for bearing the lower end of each form 20. At least a pair of supporting projections 13 abutting on both lower surfaces of each form 20 are raised from both sides of the bearing part 12. A folding part 14 is formed on the inside of the bearing part 12 of the base plate 11.
