PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drill machine which can drill a filling hole through which a cavity existing in a lining rear surface of a railway tunnel under service conditions, is filled with a filler, efficiently and in a short time. SOLUTION: The drill machine 1 has a facility for drilling lining concrete, on a bogie 12 that travels on a track 13 laid in the existing railway tunnel by being towed by a drive pulley. The driving facility is formed of: a drifter 3 for generating rotation on a rod having a bit at the tip of the same; a guide cell 4 serving as a guide when the drifter 3 moves forward/backward; a boom for supporting the guide cell 4, expanding/contracting in an axial direction, and rotating in the vertical plane; and a rotary section 6 for supporting the boom. The rotary section 6 is formed of: a first stand 6b for rotating and sliding in the horizontal plane; and a torque actuator 6a set on the first stand 6b, for rotatably supporting the boom in the vertical plane.
