PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxidation-resistant coating member which can suppress production of a harmful oxide to the utmost and can satisfactorily exhibit oxidation resistance over a long term, and to provide the efficient manufacturing method of the oxidation-resistant coating member. SOLUTION: The oxidation-resistant coating member is formed of an oxidation-resistant coated film on the surface of a heat-resistant alloy substrate, wherein anα-Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>layer in which each content of Co and Ni is one atom% or less, respectively is formed on the surface of the heat-resistant alloy substrate.
