PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided pressure sensitive adhesive tape keeping fixing strength even applying a comparatively large load, scarcely shifting between both adherents. SOLUTION: The double-sided pressure sensitive adhesive sheet or tape comprises a support body 5 composed of a sheet shaped foam or tape shaped foam 1 or a support body 5 obtained by laminating a rigid resin film 4 onto at least one side of the sheet shaped or tape shaped foam 1, the pressure sensitive adhesive layers 2 formed on both sides of the support body 5, and a releasing layer 1 adhered at least one side opposite to the support body 5 of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer 2, wherein the pressure sensitive adhesive layer 2 is composed of a urethane resin obtained by reacting a polyol and a polyisocyanate compound in an excess of the isocyanate group and the product prepolymer with isocyanate terminals are reacted with a chain extending agent to obtain a urethane resin and then reacting the urethane resin with a terminator.
