<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter and a distributed power supply system for effectively utilizing excess power in a distributed power supply, and reducing a space and a cost of a load driving circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A DC/DC converter 102 is connected to a fuel cell 101, transforms a voltage in power generated by the fuel cell 101, and transmits transformed power to an inverter 103 and a load 104 at home.
