<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera capable of retrieving pictures efficiently by a simple operation from simple information added at photographing. <P>SOLUTION: A photographing position detector 13 detects the position where an imaging device 28 takes a picture, and a clock 14 detects time information at photographing. Based on the outputs of the photographing position detector 13 and the clock 14, an MPU (Main CPU) 11 changes the sorting method at sorting and showing pictures on a display 21 according to the time information, the photographing position information and the number of taken pictures.
