<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory system capable of acquiring data to be used to debug firmware stored in a mounted memory controller. <P>SOLUTION: The memory system connectable to a host device 2 is provided with: a semiconductor memory 40; a memory controller 10 for controlling data transfer between the host device 2 and the semiconductor memory 40; and an operation data acquiring device 20 for acquiring operation data of firmware for controlling the operation of the memory controller 10 from the memory controller 10 during data transferring and storing the acquired operation data as data for debugging the firmware. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
