<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease interface resistance and suppress transmission loss of electrons by increasing the adhesion strength on the interface between a transparent conductive film layer for a dye-sensitized solar cell and a layer comprising a fine particle group. <P>SOLUTION: A surface side electrode member has laminated structure comprising a transparent conductive film layer installed on the one side surface of a transparent substrate and a layer (A) comprising metal oxide fine particle group installed on the upper surface of the transparent conductive film layer, and the scratch hardness of the layer (A) is a pencil hardness of 3H or more. The electrode member is obtained in such a way that slurry comprising the metal oxide fine particle group and a dispersion medium is jetted out from a jetting nozzle of a high velocity flame spraying device burning a mixture of fuel, oxygen, and air together with high velocity flame in a prescribed condition, and a layer comprising the metal oxide fine particle group is laminated on the upper surface of the transparent conductive film layer by the high velocity flame spraying method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
