<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform connections to a plurality of networks with one data link device by realizing availability of software in regions ranging from cipher and modem regions down to a command control processor region. <P>SOLUTION: The data link device is equipped with a real time command control processor in which FPGAs (Field Programmable Gate Array) and CPUs are parallel-connected, respectively and formulaic signal processing and sophisticated information processing are parallelized by the FPGAs and the CPUs, respectively.
