<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic form system which saves labor and time of customization of an electronic form system and support form input of a user. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic form system has a means for accumulating data input in list item selection/input control arranged on an electronic form in the electronic form system and a means for setting list items accumulated in the electronic form system in the list item selection/input control arranged on the electronic form.
