PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the performance of the inter-process communication of a parallel computer system.

SOLUTION: A transmission side communication part 2 measures the number of messages to be transmitted from a transmission side process 1 to the other side computer system by every fixed time, and stores it as transmission destination-categorized number of transmission information 24. A transmission side communication method preparation part 7 prepares a use NIC-communication method list 72 by referring to transmission origin-categorized number of reception information 52 and the transmission destination-categorized number of transmission information 24 to be transmitted from the other side computer system based on the number of messages to be received by the reception side of the other side computer system. A transmission side communication part 2 dynamically switches a plurality of network interface cards included in the transmission side and the reception side of the other side computer system based on the content of the use NIC-communication method list 72.
