PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid sealing type vibration isolator of novel structure that can effectively suppress highly dynamic spring motion in a zone of a frequency higher than a tuning frequency of an orifice passage while sufficiently securing a vibration isolating effect by the orifice passage, in the fluid sealing type vibration isolator. SOLUTION: A rubber plate 63 is employed as a fluid pressure absorbing member, heavy-wall pinching parts 74 are arranged at a plurality of points on the circumference of the external rim of the rubber plate 63, the rubber plate 63 is held in a pinched and pressed state that the pinching parts 74 are compressed in the thickness direction, and held by a partitioning member 50 in a non-pinched and non-pressed state at a part other than the pinching parts 74, and a thin-wall deformation allowing part 78 extending along the pinching parts 74 is formed at the plate internal peripheral side of each pinching part 74 in the rubber plate 63.
