PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a divided structure by a resin mold, without increasing intake resistance in an intake passage, in an intake device arranged so that an installation boss part crosses the intake passage. SOLUTION: An intake manifold is constituted by joining the resin first and second divided structures 2 and 3. The boss part 22 extending up to an inner wall surface of a wall part 3a of the second divided structure 3 by crossing the intake passage 10, is arranged in a wall part 2a of the first divided structure 2. A joining part 32 having an interface surface 34 joined with the tip of the boss part 22, is arranged on the inner wall surface of the wall part 3a of the second divided structure 3. An opening 36 penetrating through the wall part 3a is formed on the interface surface 34. A first bolt inserting hole 37 for inserting a fastening bolt 4 for fastening the intake manifold 1 to an engine by the bolt, is composed of a through-hole 24 and the opening 36 formed inside the boss part 22.
