PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily assemblable truss structure with panel. SOLUTION: This truss structure has a front side chord member 1, a rear side chord member 2, a front side horizontal member 3, a rear side horizontal member 4, one diagonal member 5, the other diagonal member 6, and a panel 30. The front side chord member and the rear side chord member, the front side horizontal member, and one diagonal member and the other diagonal member are long members of a solid cross section having flat connecting parts. The front side chord member 1 and the front side horizontal member 3 are arranged in a lattice shape by crossing with the connecting parts 8, 10. The rear side chord member 2 and the rear side horizontal member 4 are disposed in a lattice shape by crossing with each other at the connecting parts 9, 12. The one diagonal member 5 and the other diagonal member 6 are diagonally disposed relative to the chord members and horizontal members by crossing with each other at the connecting parts 14, 15, 17, 18. The crossing part of the front side chord member with the front side horizontal member is connected to the crossing part of the rear side chord material with the rear side horizontal member.
