PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote controller of television or the like in which connection of the terminal of an inspection device, or the like, can be facilitated and risk such as leakage or a short circuit can be reduced. SOLUTION: The remote controller 1 is constituted of a remote controller body 2 and a lid 3. A battery containing section 5 is provided on the back side at the lower end of the remote controller body 2 and the lid 3 is fixed to the battery containing section 5. A recess 6 for fixing the lid is formed in the remote controller body 2 as shown on Fig. 2 and the lid 3 has a profile matching that of the recess 6.
