PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag obtained by sealing with melt-cutting film consisting of a polyethylene-based resin, and excellent in the form of the melt-cut and sealed part and the strength at the melt-cut and sealed part. SOLUTION: This bag is obtained by sealing by melt-cutting the film having a layer consisting of a resin composition containing 60 to 85 wt.% following component (A) and 40 to 15 wt.% following component (B). (A): An ethylene-α-olefin copolymer having ethylene units and the 3-20Cα-olefin units, 0.01 to 100 g/10 min melt flow rate,≥35 kJ/mol activation energy of flow,≥30 melt flow rate ratio and 5 to 25 molecular weight distribution. (B) An ethylene-α-olefin copolymer having ethylene units and the 3-20Cα-olefin units, 0.5 to 5 g/10 min melt flow rate, <35 kJ/mol activation energy of flow and≥15 to 25 melt flow rate ratio.
