The system has a pump (4), which intakes water over an inlet pipe (3) and discharges water to a discharging unit (2) over a pressure pipe (5). Another discharge unit (11) is attached to a pressure pipe (10), which diverges from the pressure pipe (5). The discharge unit (2) is closable. The pressure pipe (5) has a venturi-unit in the area of the branching, where the pressure pipe (10) branches at the closest position of the venturi unit. A set of adjusting flaps is provided at the discharge unit (2) for regulating water and/or air outlet.
