摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus capable of easily performing a work even when a person not having a knowledge concerning error restoration restores error of an image forming apparatus, and also to provide a server device and an image processing system.

SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus 1 comprises a monitor application 29 for acquiring error information of an image forming apparatus 3; a moving image control part 37 for acquiring restoration moving image information containing moving image information concerning a technique for restoring error corresponding to error information on the basis of the error information acquired in the monitor application 29; and a display part 11 for outputting a moving image based on the moving image information contained in the restoration moving image information acquired in the moving image control part 37.
