<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify the function to keep the pluripotency of ES cell, etc., by identifying a DNA molecule (polynucleotide) specifically expressing in a pluripotent cell and analyzing the biofunction of its transcription product, and to provide a method for the identification of a pluripotent cell based on the expression profile of these genes and the monitoring/judgment of pluripotency. <P>SOLUTION: The invention provides a polynucleotide or its partial polynucleotide having each fragment length (base) and obtained as a PCR product by using a restriction enzyme order composed of a plurality of specific restriction enzymes and NN-nn in HiCEP method or a polynucleotide or its partial polynucleotide composed of a base sequence having a plurality of specific sequences or a base sequence complementary to the above base sequence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
