<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a bathtub made of a synthetic resin capable of simply and efficiently manufacturing a bathtub product comprising the synthetic resin alone. <P>SOLUTION: The bathtub made of the synthetic resin is manufactured using a mold 20 having the cavity 29 constituted of a fixed mold 21 and a movable mold 22 to form the bathtub made of the synthetic resin and an injection device 10 equipped with an injection cylinder 11. The synthetic resin is supplied into the cylinder 11 and melted while rotating the screw 12 arranged in the cylinder 11 while the molten synthetic resin is allowed to continuously flow in the cavity 29 of the mold 20 by rotating the screw 12 to fill the cavity 29. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
