<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bathtub from overflowing by a simple method, to increase movableness of a slide panel in a type of bathtub in which a slidable panel is fitted in a notched section, and further to improve a function of getting in and out of the bathtub by lowering a difference in level. <P>SOLUTION: A partially semicircular notched part is provided on the upper side of a bathtub, and then a hole to be a fulcrum is made on one side of the notched part. A difference in level is formed in a part where the inside of the bathtub and a slide panel are overlapped. A seal member having a circular shape in the press-fitting part is fitted in along the notched part. On the outer peripheral side from the seal member, there is installed a hollow part for moving a locking pin formed in the slide panel. The slide panel with the locking pin attached to the fulcrum and an arbitrary point is fitted into the body of the bathtub.
