<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope capable of controlling an amount of a biocompatible injectant based on a torus formation generated by the injected biocompatible injectant when injecting the biocompatible injectant into tissues of a body with an injection needle. <P>SOLUTION: The endoscope N comprises a main body 1 to be inserted into a body cavity, the injection needle H to inject the biocompatible injectant into the tissues of the body, which is mounted on the main body 1 so as to move in and out, and a balloon catheter 20 having a balloon B to be indwelled in a neck of the body cavity on an end thereof. The endoscope N is characterized in that a catheter shaft 21 of the balloon catheter 20 is provided with a pressure sensor 23 to measure a conglutinate pressure by the torus formed of the biocompatible injectant injected into the tissues of the body with the injection needle H. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
