IGNITION SYSTEM FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition system for internal combustion engine in consideration of the sealing between an engine plug hole and the inside of an ignition coil.

SOLUTION: An inner cylinder made of a seal rubber is mounted in the circumference of an outside case inserted in the plug hole. The seal rubber has an annular section extending outside, an outer cylinder is concentrically formed with an inner cylinder in the periphery edge of the annular section, and a swollen portion projecting in the direction of the outer cylinder is formed in the periphery at the lower end of the inner cylinder. This swollen portion forms a sealing surface by contacting with an inner surface of a cylinder of an engine side.
