<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic power generating device which surely obtaining the concentricity between shaft holes in a pair of radial bearings provided to a water turbine for power generation, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In a hydraulic power generating device 1, a water turbine 5 for power generation includes a cylindrical body 50 whose blades 57 are extended from an outer peripheral surface and a first and second radial bearings 51, 52 as separate bodies. Accordingly, even when the cylindrical body 50, first radial bearing 51 and second radial bearing 52 are formed of a resin molding, a sink or the like hardly occurs. After the first radial bearings 51 is formed for the cylindrical body 50, the positioning of the second radial bearing 52 is executed by taking a shaft hole 510 of the first radial bearing 51 as a reference.
