PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that enables effective correction of variations in mounting state of a heat generating circuit element, allows a mounting direction of the heat generating circuit element to be freely set, and also, allows a heat sink to be held in a stable state even against a load due to vibration or impact. SOLUTION: At first, each component member is combined. On that occasion, a screw 6 is temporarily fixed without completely fastening it while a fixing-position adjuster 4 and a heat-sink fixture 5 are made movable. Next, four screws 3 are respectively turned in turn so as to adjust an elastic restoring force in each direction of a leaf spring 2, and to maintain the elastic restoring force so that a pressing plane of the heat sink 12 becomes parallel to a substrate 11. When a mounting position of the heat sink is determined, the fixing position adjuster 4 and the heat-sink fixture 5 are fastened with the screw 6 so as to fix the heat sink at the adjusted position by fixing two sets.
