PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an overlap amount between a clamper and the support member of the clamper larger than in the conventional practice in a disk clamp mechanism of a disk recorder/player. SOLUTION: In the disk clamp mechanism, a plurality of projection pieces 32 surrounding a circular opening and projecting toward the opening are formed with intervals one another on the support member 3. The clamper 4 is provided with a resin plate 5 and a metal plate 6, wherein in the resin plate 5, a plurality of flanges 52 are projectingly provided outward with intervals one another at the outer circumferential part, and the flanges 52 have inconsistent phase relations with the plurality of projection pieces 32 of the support member 3 to be able to pass through among the plurality of projection pieces 3. In the metal plate 6, a plurality of projection parts 62 are provided projecting outward with intervals between one another at the outer circumferential part, and the projection parts 62 have inconsistent phase relations with the plurality of flanges 52 of the resin plate 5 to be able to be located among the plurality of flanges 52.
