PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handling device highly flexible in handling different components. SOLUTION: The handling device 11 includes a carrier unit 12. The carrier unit 12 includes a coupling 13 for coupling with a robot arm and a plurality of activation modules 14. Each of the activation modules 14 includes at least one attachment interface 17 for attaching an activator 18. Each of the activation modules is equipped with an adjust means for setting the position of the attachment interface. The adjust means includes a plurality of position setting driving parts 19, 20 and 21 controlled by an electric control signal from a controller. The driving parts 19, 20 and 21 can move the attachment interface in x-, y- and z-directions in a Cartesian coordinate system having x-, y- and z-coordinate systems. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
